Andrew "Andy" Sydney Withiel Thomas, AO (lahir 18 Desember 1951) adalah seorang insinyur penerbangan Amerika Serikat kelahiran Australian dan antariksawan NASA. Ia menjadi warga negara AS pada Desember 1986 dengan tujuan dapat masuk program antariksa NASA.[1] Ia menikahi antariksawati NASA Shannon Walker.
